These terms apply to your use of promptthread.com and any purchase from PromptThread, a brand of VibeLab Group LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Orders and pricing. All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if a price or description was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.

2. Made to order. Products are printed on demand by our production partner. Colors and print placement can vary slightly from the images on our site. Returns, refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Shipping. Delivery follows our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

4. Designs and intellectual property. All PromptThread designs, the PromptThread™ name and wordmark, text and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn't transfer any rights in the design.

5. How our designs are made. Our designs are created by PromptThread. Some artwork is drafted with AI assistance and then directed, edited and approved by a human designer.

6. Use of the site. Don't misuse the site: no unlawful use, scraping, attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, or fraudulent orders.

7. Third-party services. Checkout, payments and fulfillment are provided by third parties (including Shopify and Printify) under their own terms.

8. Disclaimer. Except as stated in our policies, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
