Shipping policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

Free shipping on every US order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Timing

• Production: each item is printed to order, usually within 2–5 business days.
• Delivery: typically 2–8 business days after shipping.
• Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Times can run longer during holidays and peak periods.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Orders with multiple items

Different items may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You won't pay extra for this.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide and can't redirect a package once it's on its way. We currently ship only within the United States.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email hello@promptthread.com and we'll sort it out (see our Refund & Return Policy).
