Fit & materialsHow do the sizes run?
Tees (Bella+Canvas 3001) fit true to size with a slim, retail cut. Size up if you want it roomier. Hoodies (Gildan 18500) have a roomy, classic cut, so take your usual size. Full measurements are in the size guide.
What are they made of?
The tees are Bella+Canvas 3001, a soft, lightweight cotton jersey. The hoodies are Gildan 18500 Heavy Blend, an 8 oz 50/50 cotton/poly fleece with a lined hood and a front pouch pocket.
How should I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron the print or dry-clean.
ShippingIs shipping free?
Yes, on every US order. We currently ship within the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Each piece is printed to order, usually within 2–5 business days, then takes 2–8 business days to arrive. Most orders land within 1–2 weeks. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
Why did my order come in two packages?
Tees and hoodies can be printed at different facilities. You never pay extra for split shipments.
Orders & returnsCan I return or exchange something?
Because everything is made to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll reprint it or refund you. See the returns policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Email hello@promptthread.com with your order number. After that it may already be in production.
The designsAre the designs made by AI?
They're made by PromptThread. Some artwork is drafted with AI assistance, and every design is directed, edited and approved by a human designer before it is printed.
